OPI Argenteeny Pinkini

Argenteeny Pinkini is part of the OPI Classics range. Yep, I can imagine why it’s a classic. It’s a pink shimmery pearl and we all know that pearly finishes are not very fashionable anymore. It looks very pretty in the bottle but looks rather cheap on my nails. This was three coats.

In fact, this was given to me by a friend who said that she could not carry off the colour because it was too bubble gum pink. I don’t think the colour is the problem. The pearly finish is what makes it strange.

Melissa brought Argenteeny Pinkini to our karaoke session. This is what the colour looks like under flash.

Revlon Copperglaze Platinum

A classic Revlon shade. This is a muted metallic bronze that looks nearly nude in direct sunlight (first picture) and takes on a darker cast in low light (second picture). Not my cup of tea, but is a great work-friendly alternative to creme nudes.

This took three coats to go opaque and had some slight bubbling issue. I’m not sure if it was the formula or because I was too impatient to let the layers dry before the next.
